Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.


As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification from Wild Mistletoe UK with tracking numbers, where applicable. These emails sometimes land in junk and spam folders, so do please check that if you have not heard from us. 

Economy Delivery

The following charges apply to the mainland UK post codes. For remote post codes including UK Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, a surcharge will apply. This will be calculated at checkout but please feel free to contact us should you require details of the surcharges.

> For orders weighing between 0kg and 5kg, an economy delivery charge of £3.95 applies and these orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

> For orders weighing between 5kg and 10kg an economy delivery charge of £7.95 applies and these orders will be dispatched via DHL or Royal Mail.

> For orders over 10kg an economy delivery charge of £9.95 applies and these orders will be dispatched via DHL or Royal Mail.

International Shipping


International delivery charges and lead times vary dependent on the delivery country. The delivery charge will be calculated at checkout, before payment is required. 

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the destination, at the time of delivery. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside Wild Mistletoe UK's control and the customer will be responsible for these payments. 

Prices for overseas deliveries are weight and size dependent, so we do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price and to take additional payment if required.

Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Wild Mistletoe UK cannot be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from Wild Mistletoe UK to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer. 

If goods received have been damaged in transit, the customer should contact Wild Mistletoe UK within 7 days of receipt, either by telephone or email wildmistletoeuk@outlook.com describing the damage. We will request a photograph of the damage at which point the customer will be offered a replacement item, a partial or full refund. Should the damaged item be part of a set and the customer request a refund, the refund issued will be pro rata for the damaged item. Replacements will be sent at no expense to the customer.
